Excited

“Excited” 描述人因期待、好消息或刺激而感到情绪高涨;注意与 “exciting”(令人兴奋的)区分——“I am excited” 主语是人,“The game is exciting” 主语是事物。

  1. “The kids were excited about the school trip.”
  2. “She sounded excited on the phone when she got the offer.”
  3. “Try not to get too excited until we see the final numbers.”

“When the concert lights went down, the crowd grew quiet, then everyone grew excited as the first chord hit.”
